Two weeks ago I was listening to talks at the Oxford Real Farming Conference and last week I was at the inspiring Wilding Gardens conference at Manchester University with a stellar line up of speakers. I started writing about my highlights from the two conferences, but I went for a walk with the dogs and started to mull over what I was going to write.
